Looking at the article it doesn’t say that at all.
There is “The Queen has already privately funded the Duke’s legal fight” which only actually says “The Queen is privately funding the Duke of York’s legal fight against sex abuse allegations to the tune of millions of pounds, the Telegraph understands”.
That article says “Her Majesty, 95, agreed to pay for her son’s defence at the beginning of last year” but it actually links to the article “How would Prince Andrew pay for sex abuse lawsuit?”. The only facts in that one are “David McClure, a royal finance expert and author of The Queen’s True Worth, said: that if the Duke were to find himself in difficulty, it was entirely possible that the Queen might step in to offer financial support.”
They seem to be playing Chinese Whispers with their own articles!! Absolutely a first class case of blatantly misrepresenting what they are linking to and the whole chain of stories having no substance.
How do they know it’s 12 million when both the victim and Andrew decided to keep the settlement figure quiet?
Hopefully this will open some eyes as to the true reality of the “firm”.
His Saudi mates will pay thanks to his brother getting them UK citizenship.
