  2. Stop pulling articles from Radio Free Europe. Every news about Russia is presented as if the Apocalypse had begun. In fact, in Russia (and many other countries), the shortage of medical workers began immediately from the beginning of the epidemic, then even a year ago. This is nothing new or catastrophic.
