Anyone know how to get this official “letter from a licensed healthcare provider or a public health official stating that you were cleared to travel” (due to “recovery from COVID-19”)?
This is for a person with a positive test result from Mehiläinen and access to OmaKanta.

The positive test result and letter together are referred to as “documentation of recovery.”

The letter must be signed and dated on official letterhead that contains the name, address, and phone number of the healthcare provider or public health official who signed the letter.

I am guessing, unless I am misreading, that if you follow the stated requirements the documentation is provided. I don’t know if this is a chargeable service by your healthcare centre or something a private provider can offer.
You have to get a letter from your personal doctor that you can travel. Your doctor should include their name, address, license number, phone number. Letter should be dated a well. Hope this helps. ETA: This letter should be in English
