Collection of groups / organizations where civil effort is organized for helping ukranian refugees

**Hi Everyone,**

Lets start with the most important part: **HUNGARY IS ACCEPTING REFUGEES! We are waiting for you, you are welcome in here!**

I was thinking i will share (and with your help possibly update) a list of some hungarian organizations and groups that are organizing help for the ukranian refugees or offering shelter / food for them.
Two charity organizations that already proved themselves over the years already started their efforts to help as soon as possible and to direct goodwill and efforts to the right places:
**a) Migration Aid (charity org):**

In the post above they are looking for volunteers who could help at the borders (expect an extended period, at least a few days), interpreters and offers to shelter refugees. They will be fast to react, updates will come soon.
**b) Bike Maffia + Age of Hope (charity orgs):**

They are already in contact with local businesses and will make their move as fast as possible to grant an efficient way to distribute food and make it easier for people to donate. They will also camp out and mass produce food, will probably multiply their efforts in Budapest too when refugees arrive in the city.

[Szallas.hu](https://Szallas.hu) is one of the biggest booking sites in Hungary and is providing assistance for refugees to connect them with people willing to offer shelter. You can contact them on the following number / mail:

There are two public groups on facebook that already has a bigger userbase and – though currently kind of unorganized – are collecting infos and aids / assistance offers. If you need info or help, it could be worth writing there (though the used language is hungarian, i guess they will manage):
