Walking around Italian cities (or any place that is not on the beach or close to it) shirtless for men, or with a bra/bikini for women is extremely rude.

Edit: Since I’m getting downvoted by edgy kids who never visited Italy, walking shirtless in Italian cities is literally an offence punishable with imprisonment up to 1 month or getting up to a €206 fine.
