In my nearest city there is a Russian ship as we speak. I do find it a bit uncomfortable.
According to Norwegian state media (NRK) I gathered it will happen if it becomes a sanction coming from both the EU and Norway.
Russian thrawlers make up a significant amount of fisheries in the Norwegian EEZ – and a lot of fish is delivered through Norwegian ports in the north of the country.
Still, it is a sanction Norway seems to be willing to impose with the backing of its allies. Russia’s actions don’t belong to the modern era.
