I hope people don’t feed those cats whatever they feel like feeding to them, especially milk since it’s not advisable for adult cats and one could risk their lives.
Would be good if nearby there was a board with all the permissible food for cats.
Not everyone has (had) a cat, or is well informed when it comes to cats. I’m guessing that lots of children attempt to share their food.

Do actually cats live there? My grandma would always have 2,3 little shits around the house. We would build them “houses” allover the huge garden. In trees and on the ground, in house or outside. However, they were not interested at all after 1 day or so, and would still sleep with you in the bed, at your feet, and bite or scratch you if you dare move a toe. Love em
