MID-MICHIGAN (WNEM) – Consumers Energy’s online outage map will not be providing outage information to customers. It has been rescheduled from Saturday, Nov. 23 at 7 p.m. until Sunday, Nov. 24 at 3 p.m.
The rescheduled update is part of a planned technology update that was postponed on Monday, Nov. 18, according to Consumers Energy.
Consumers Energy is also urging customers not to expect to lose power during this time frame. If you have any power issues, you should call 800-477-5050.
