Yup. We’re going to need social security if we don’t want to starve.
Love how I get to bail out the most selfish asshole generation of all time in America with my tax money cause they are too busy leveraging themselves up with mcmansions on the coast.
Fuck boomers. Absolute dregs on our society.
Intergenerational conflict is just another divide and conquer tactic by the real culprits, billionaires
👏Please 👏 stay 👏 focused
Don’t most of them have pensions for the majority of their career and 401k only really took off in the later stage for them?

Corporations knew it was a scam to both inflate the stock market a little and to keep people working. Also people have been pulling a lot because of inflation
Why is this a shocker, they are older?
Ofcourse it’s low. Most of them were on pension for most of their career if not all
I do not understand your point, please explain.
Not even a moral perspective: when people have trouble surviving in old age due to low savings & dwindling social security, it’s going to cause systemic economic issues for everyone, even the young & productive, & especially investors.
Social Security isn’t just a safety net for individuals, it’s risk management for the whole country.
