I mean, we basically knew this. They’ve been pretty open about sending people through “filtration camps” but the “What happens to the people filtered out” is never answered.
Well, Russia is an authortarian regime, who are more than ok with assassinating and killing their own citizens and committing war crimes. So even without evidence, this is no suprise, they would have had a hit list of people who would be a thorn in the side of the occupation of Ukraine, whilst setting up their Belarusian style puppet regime.
Can’t wait till they all truly know what a waste of life this war has been. Utterly repugnant nation.
Leaders who commit their entire existence to war are so weird to me because how far can you truly stretch it?
You only have to review the events of bucha, to see what Russia had in mind for all of Ukraine. Murder and torture of anyone who could be perceived as being resistant or identifying as Ukrainian.
We’ve never seen a “good” Russia in history. The military and the KGB, under whatever name it’s using just won’t allow it.
When all of this is over and Putin is dead, people will call for Détente III. But there’s no point, it will never change.
This is a standard operating procedure for them. Gut the backbone of society, education, administration, spirituality and your job of occupation/invasion becomes much easier down the line.

It’s wild to me how we know, that these are the type of people, that russia wanted to start a genocide with. Like, these guys need to disappear, in order for them to eredicate the Ukraine as a nation.
And then they are given a gun and indiscriminately sent over to the front lines. Makes me wonder, if we should take occupation into conscription priority, like at the height of covid we prioritized ventilation based on something.

Since the entire war was supposed to last a month at most and it was meant to be a cake walk, I doubt those bags were supposed to be for their troops.

It makes me so angry that anyone would give any benefit of the doubt to these genocidal monsters, and yet our very own gop, arguably the party that defeated the Soviet union, is not merely doing that but actively sabotaging ukraines war effort. I understand there are other genocides in the world, but when the truth is so blatant and incontrivertible, and people still deny it we know our society is hopeless.
