10. It’s an interesting theoretical question- would you choose to work less if it meant getting paid less. It’s only relevant if the lesser amount would still be sufficient to cover your expenses without being financially insecure, so for a lot of people this wouldn’t even be an option. But for the highly paid professional class, the almost universal answer has been the opposite: to work more and make more money. The people who could most easily afford to forgo some income in order to work 3-4 days a week are most likely to end up working 6-7 day weeks instead.
