Can someone tell me what it says?

  1. this is a form documenting the ancestry of someone on the father’s side of the family. The line in the top left says that the compartments that are marked are certified. The word below that is Väterlicherseits, meaning on the fathers side. The first line documents the parents, the second the grandparents and the third one the great-grandparents. Each of the Lines details Name and Surname, Birthday, Job, sometimes date of death. Some lines also tell the date of the wedding or have room for further notes.

  2. The first name is Rolf [Kunze]. Second name Alfred Kunze. Nr 4 is Franz Paul Kunze. They seem to be from Wörmsdorf or Wärmsdorf. Occupation seems to be Gerippenmeister, but I have never heard that word and neither has Google. I don’t read Kurrent though so I might be completely off.
