  1. We only had a “1 in a 100 year” flood a few years ago. And it looks like this’ll be another. They may have to revise that definition as the climate continues to get more unpredictable

  4. I used to live in Aberfan and we got flooded in 1998 pretty badly

    Sion street in Ponty got flooded the same time and they said they would do the same work they did where I was there

    Since 98 we haven’t had another flood, Sion street seems to just get flooded all the time now

    I feel really sorry for them
