So I sold my PC on [ebay.de](https://ebay.de)
But what seems fishy, the buyer is new on ebay, account was made today (28.02.2022) and has 0 reviews. This usually means an alert for scammer.

So it safe to proceed? I mean he could lie or something after receiving it and I will have to refund him?

Film yourself packaging the PC and if possible take a photo of serial numbers.
EBay has recently updated its payment methods, which means it is very hard to scam people if they buy or sell through the new channels. I always ship with insurance and send a picture of me packaging the item then putting it in the collection lockers.
