Fascinating that every time you look at the sky in London you see more than just one airplane.

They queue up to land in Heathrow and how soon after each other they land blows my mind

  1. Constantly. I can see planes coming and going from City airport and like to check where I could have gone to if I could be bothered.

  2. I can see the places coming into Heathrow from my garden.
    It’s fun watching the planes on the stormy days when they are having to go round one more time…

  3. I check the odd helicopter over central london – some of them aren’t on there which is interesting

  4. Saw a guy on TikTok in Germany (I think) who saw a plane that wasn’t on FlightRadar24 and when he zoomed in it was a U2!

  5. I have it set to sent me a notification when any plane squawks an emergency 7700.

    Then I can sit there wondering why a plane has decided to return to Athens just as it was about to land at Luton or something.

  6. Yes everytime somebody close to me is on a flight I track the plane every so often too haha
