Putin is losing and grasping at straws to draw as many into this ~~country~~ war so that he can activate “told you so it was NATO all along”
Our “weak” leaders are not playing into his hand, and in the end of the day he’ll have his ass handed to him by Ukraine.
Humiliation for an old man is the worst, hence the “escalations”, he’s doing jack shit to us compared to Ukraine.
He wants to go out in a blaze if nuclear glory, but he can’t do that with just a country he attacked ~~and~~ who got his nuts stuck in ~~that~~ a vice for three years.
He needs a precedent, and he’s mad he’s not getting it while simultaneously getting his ass spanked in front of the whole world by a victim country.
NATO isn’t even in the war really, his folks know that.
I’d say it’s fitting for a man who projected so much power to be dealt in this most humiliating manner.
We all thought he was hot shit, well, look at the great big bear now.
He has nothing to show for singlehandedly ruining his country for basicaly a century to come.
The world sees how swift and decided authoritarism is “better” compared to slow and discussed “weak” democracies.
It might be “cool” while your dictator is in his prime with ideals or whatever, but as with all dictators, they grow old, corrupt and are afraid to lose their power.
Fuck man, he even shat on his own peoples history.
Let him go out with a wimper, not a bang.
Cables are reapairable, even his attempts at provocation has grown pathetic, we experienced nothing compared to what he did to Ukraine.
Russians thrive when people panic, and that’s what y’all are doing. Either we do something or we shut the fuck up about it
More logical explanation: west goal is to isolate the war. It’s only in Ukraine. Sure, Putin can now get away with some stuff in international areas, but they are relatively minor. The only thing he achieves – panic. So everybody should just stfu about them and support Ukraine.

Fear of escalation? Weak leaders?
