2. Just last week people were complaining that his wealth went up millions for supporting Trump.

3. For moments I thought it was largest cringe ever.

4. At some point money is just a measurement device for the resources and influence you control. Elon hasn’t ‘lost’ anything, he has just traded disclosed capital for undisclosed power. Trump putting someone else in charge of the “You’re Fired!” Department means that person has power over him. It also gives that person implied power over every government agency because he can just eliminate your position if you don’t play along.
