Danske Invest has revamped its Global Corporate Sustainable Bond fund to focus exclusively on green bonds from European corporations, the asset manager has announced.

The newly renamed European Corporate Green Bond fund previously allocated just 60% of its assets to green or social bonds, with the remaining portion invested in traditional corporate bonds aligned with the bank’s sustainability standards.

With the allocation to green bonds now up at 100%, the new strategy is entirely dedicated to financing environmentally-focused projects such as renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure and energy-efficient technologies.
