  7. I will write also here. We already have a far right populist who had a party in the race. The suprise is this man basically came out of nowhere with only a campaign on TikTok and is an independent. It’s our first presidential race without a main party candidate.

  26. As a young Russian, who is constantly blamed for a dictatorship that rose to power when I was barely out of my dad’s ballsack, US election results and now this are insanely funny. I mean, world-endingly shitty, but also darkly funny.

Shocking and he is a Russian asset, but my recollection was that the Rumanian electorate tended to be unusually likely to go far right so while the circumstances are unusual going far right is not. Thankfully not all fall into Putins orbit as Poland flirts with the far right as well but is staunchly against the malign influence of all the Russias.

If this were an 80s political movie everyone would see the plot point that he’s a foreign asset coming a MILE away but here in real life people will scratch their heads over this and push for patience and understanding from the masses as they “look into it” and let enough time go by that there’s nothing to be done about it at all.

How does it make any sense to you people that Russia, poor, corrupt and can barely keep it’s head above water fighting Ukraine, somehow has all this influence around the world that anyone to the right of the Clinton’s without doubt are paid Russian assets, up to and including the incoming president of the United States and his entire cabinet? Gold medals for all of you in mental gymnastics for making those lofty accusations. What really is it you believe Russia has to offer all these people?
