Aeroflot are a truly muck airline to fly with, and it takes a special kind of bad to be worse than Ryanair. Lost baggage, constant delays at second leg takeoffs, no transfer time at Moscow so you practically sprint to the connecting flights, and refunds only to Russian citizens in a pandemic even though any nationality could book flights with them. Even before this conflict they were awful.
So what people who are trying to flee the country aren’t allowed?
