Sanctions by Russia will see them grounded, no doubt
Russia’s exchange and currency is going to be completely obliterated at open tomorrow
They won’t be allowing any kind of assets leave the country
That’s going to be a lesson learned the hard way.
People forget that Ireland has the largest airplane leasing fleet in the world. If Irish business aren’t leasing aircraft to Russia/ Russian it would be a big blow to their air transport
Scuppering those aircraft might be a better investment than letting them fall into Russian hands.
Cute to think that’s going to happen.
Yet the planes out and then announce it. Not that they were getting out anyway.
What happens to those aircraft then, are they going to be sitting in Dublin airport. Is there a big leasing market they can be absorbed into. ??
The actual nard fuckin head on Putin in that photo.
