I approve of this idea very much. Let’s house all that are in need in those mansions.It would do them good to have all the wonderful amenities in those places and there is plenty of space,for children, traumatized by war, to play and recover.

Obviously, freezing assets should happen some of the time to some of the people, but should be done on a case-by-case basis and not simply because “You’re a Russian Oligarch, so we’re going to help ourselves to your money and assets.”
You can’t just take people’s assets because of their nationality. We don’t do that here. Most Russians, including Oligarchs, oppose what is happening in Ukraine and have risked their lives to speak out against it.
Somebody was complaining on the news about a Russian Oligarch’s children still attending school. What the hell do you want us to do with them? Put them in jail? Kick them out of the country because of their parents nationality? It’s just not that simple.
This – there are so many huge properties empty in London – fill them with refugees
Don’t forget those who own retail and rent properties some may be just smart russian ex pats but i’d wager that some oligarchs do own and rent shittier properties in london and around the uk.
Although on the other hand while the russians are still here it does kinda give us a shield against been bombed ourselves because i doubt even putin would wanna piss off his donors.
There’s a crap load of Chinese owned properties up here in Manchester. I Hope China is taking notes from this situation.
Just seize all properties owned by billionaires, and multimillionaires with a portfolio above a certain limit. Preferably we should hang some of them as well, just to drive the point home.

A no fly zone would likely end in nuclear weapons being used against NATO, which is why most countries are stating that they will not be using armed forces in Ukraine.

We should put homeless English and soldiers who are homeless.
We should start deporting illegal immigrants and start deporting importing Ukrainians who are most valuable.
