President Sadyr Japarov concludes official visit to Austria

AKIPRESS.COM – President Sadyr Japarov has concluded his official visit to Austria made from Nov 24-25.

As part of his visit, on November 25, an official meeting ceremony of Sadyr Japarov with Federal President of Austria Alexander Van der Bellen was held in Vienna.

After the ceremony, the leaders of the two countries held talks in narrow and expanded formats, discussing a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation and prospects for its further development. Particular attention was paid to economic cooperation, and areas for deepening the partnership between Kyrgyzstan and Austria were outlined.

On the same day, Sadyr Japarov met withFederal Chancellor of Austria Karl Nehammer. During the conversation, issues of strengthening political dialogue, cooperation in the trade and economic sphere, as well as the implementation of joint projects were discussed.

Concluding the official visit, President Sadyr Japarov held a meeting with President of the National Council of the Republic of Austria Walter Rosenkranz. During the talks, the parties exchanged views on issues of mutual interest, with a special emphasis on the development of inter-parliamentary relations.
