Help a handicapped person back into their wheel chair, orrrrrr, do nothing? What a conundrum.
I assume the audio is added afterwards by a child as their idea of comedy, as is the modern fetish on the internet.

People should really ask themselves why they’re feeling the need to be so defensive about me asking this.
She’s not disabled. Just someone in a leg brace, and that’s clearly not an assistance dog. She thought “oh I’ll take my regular dog out for a walk while I’m in a wheelchair. Nothing could possibly go wrong.”
Edit: handicapped to disabled.
The lack of help from him is really “Dexter” level of murderous.

Why on earth they felt it appropriate to walk that dog whilst in a wheelchair. They were not in control nor able to control that dog. As someone who does this job and has been bitten many times by “friendly” dogs that have “never done that before” it makes me rage. I was actually off for a prolonged period of time due to PTSD because of this very thing.
Not knowing if a dog lunging towards me was friendly or going to attack literally ruined me. Still not over it and still receiving therapy for it. No one should have to face fear of violence or injury going about their job.
