Anyone with a basic understanding of tariffs understands why his plan with Mexico and Canada will fail. It will cause a lot of problems because tariffs just don’t work that way.

This does surprise me because the privilege the GOP Republican/MAGA supporters bestowed on him makes him feel as if he is a king who only represents himself and those who serve him. So, in his mind, he’s above the law, and he makes the law.

A long time ago, Trump was taught and learned that he could literally do whatever he wanted and get away with it. A spoiled child.

THIS is what Trump is. A spoiled child. This is a man who has been overinduldged to the point of being “elected” POTUS. It isn’t machismo or charisma he exhibits, contrary to what some like to believe. It is the behavior of a spoiled child that he exhibits and for whatever reason, the majority of the people who voted in the US just gave him the keys to their country.
Of course , he’s learned he can do what he wants and no one will stop him .
Because there’s no enforcement or punishment. If there was no police officer, the stop sign isn’t exactly meaningful.

He shouldn’t be able to assume the presidency until he signs the papers. Why are we always making exceptions for this guy. He’s not King Trump! Even though that’s what he wants.
Because he knows he can do no wrong and if he does history has taught him that there will be no consequences. He’s done it before with no repercussions. Why should things be different now?
