One of the bigest lies during the campaign regarding tarriffs is that Trump kept telling the cult zombies that the countries he is going to impose the tariffs on would be sending the money to the government. I don’t think he understands that, even if they did, like someone else said, the exporters would simply recoup by tacking it on to the price of the goods before exporting them to the US. But then, WE know that he IF he was a business man…he is probably the worst the US has ever seen. A man who filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy 6 times (saying this is what all businesses do to keep down overhead), every business he started (steaks, wine, universities, etc. etc) that failed should be a slap up the side of their heads. He wasted 100s of millions of his dad’s money. What really blows my mind is the number of people that donate to him…a self-proclaimed Billionaire. WTH?
