Let’s see how much impact this has – Russia was still receiving [about $1bn. worth of components](https://www.checkthatshit.com/checks/2309?origin=1h0et9n) from alternative sources (Kazakhstan, Turkey, and UAE) last year. From those I only see the UAE list cited in the article.

We need to be careful with the commentary around these topics. The Russian propaganda machine wants EU citizens to believe that sanctions aren’t working, to reduce public support for sanctions.
If our governments don’t step in to educate people about Russian disinformation campaigns, I’m afraid things could go south very easily.
We need to combat Russia in every way possible. Sanctions, funding Ukraine with weapons and training and most importantly combating Russian propaganda which is their strongest weapon. They are professional liars
