  3. That surprises me, as Ariana is a much bigger draw and deserves to be paid accordingly.

    Actors are paid for what value they add to marketing, not for the actual performance.

  5. It’s crazy how fast misinformation spreads on social media because the source of the first salary report was on some unknown website. It didn’t take too long to see that the source was unreliable but people believed it anyways.

    Cynthia Erivo would have a public meltdown if it were publicly known she was paid less than Ariana.

  31. I’ll give full props to Ariana for her singing capability. She does have the chops.

    Watching the movie? I was distracted by how anorexic she looked. It took me out of the movie, so many times, worrying about her heart health.

    She is an adult woman that looked like a starved preteen.

    Now. Cynthia Erivo??? She nailed it.

    She was the only reason I was able to be pulled back into the story narrative.

  32. They would do this for the optics, but Ariana Grande would have been paid a massive fee in addition for a song or two. That’s how Hollywood handles this stuff.
