  4. Poor ladies. The suicide was preventable, the young lady outlined how crap our mental health services are, with ‘too-complex’ cases just ignored. Minds matter work on a one size fits all approach and would have probably been offered useless CBT, when she needed trauma therapy. It’s also a shame her employers therapy scheme was shite too.
