Sorry, just had to point out a typo: it’s spelled with a B, not an M.
Why?
…any leader with a jot of insight would know this, and yet here we are…
I’m not sure leaders or people in general will respond differently when climate-related actions are expressed in terms of deaths caused or prevented, as the authors claim. In the U.S., over a million people died from covid, and the public response was modest. And would the people let leaders take strong actions? We just voted the only administration that did anything about climate change out of office and elected a climate change denier largely because the cost of housing and groceries were too high.
Will. Climate change *will* kill millions.
