They just pay these services to sent these. Nothing special. I guess they get banned pretty quickly, but some are bound to get sent unfortunately.
Send a screenshot to verdacht@safeonweb.be. I’m sure these shortened numbers aren’t that easily spoofed, so this might be a number for which the scammers are paying.
Been getting a lot of calls from Brussels lately as well
Always has been… they just pay to get a short number and then use it (instead of a classical number)
