Does anyone know something about this black cat sticker that randomly appeared around central london?

3. It’s called Sticker Art and it’s pretty old at this point. Sources seem to agree that Italian-French artist Clet Abraham started it.

   But now it could be anyone doing anything, stickers are cheap and street signs plentiful.
