Memories of 1986 when Glasgow renamed the square where the (apartheid) South African consulate was located as Nelson Mandela Place. I love creative street naming. Go for it Prague.
Vilnius already did that. And the square nearby is called Boris Nemtsov’s square

Bravo!
Reminds me of this:
“Uyghur martyrs road”, “Dalai lama road”, “Free hong kong road” next to the Chinese university

Actually it’s not near but the exact street Russian Embassy is in.
Nice. The mail template of the Russian embassy will say “Ukrainian Heroes”
Yeah, all Ukrainians are heroes and that street honours them all!
Didn’t they rename it recently to Boris Nemcov st? Or was it a square nearby?
[Same in Vilnius](https://www.lrt.lt/en/news-in-english/19/1633977/russian-embassy-s-street-in-vilnius-named-after-ukrainian-heroes), name and all. This must be a coordinated effort.
