    Yeah no.. that does not sound reliable at all. I know both sides are in a Propaganda War right now but come one, in a panic they leave their secret documents behind lol, Russia is surely sending their soldiers into Ukraine with secret documents, next they will send the Russian Nuclear codes.

  3. i’d like to see photos of abandoned stuff, not hear/see a number in a spreadsheet. Photos with serial numbers, distinct locations, etc.

    I’m not doubting Ukraine is getting kills, or has captured equipment, but “we say <x>” is just a recipe for the other side to say <y>, and no one really knows anything. The propaganda may be useful locally, but I’m not local, not that interested in feel-goods about which side is winning, i’d like to see some hard data, evidence, etc.

    i really doubt that someone that knew “the whole plan” was anywhere near the front lines *with those plans in their possession* such that they could be captured.

  6. I feel like we should be more skeptical of news like this. Not because I distrust Ukraine and favour Russia, but because of the fact that an aspect of war is propaganda. I’ve seen too many people spread things online that has turned out to be misinformation, half truths or flat out propaganda.

    I just want people to be critical of information coming out from either side, as they have clear agendas. However, my hunch tells me that the Russian statements about their invasion are less reliable and contains more lies than the Ukrainian statements.

  13. There’s a scary rumor now, that our glorious friend of all peoples wants to declare a mobilization to draft more men, because he just can’t back down or admit any mistakes ever.

    Edit: They completely banned a showcase liberal Gazprom’s Echo of Moscow radio today. It was on air since RF was born, and the last time it was blocked was during the 1991 August Coup.
