So he’ll take the children from the jails to a military recruitment centre?
Maybe those captured Ukrainian teachers fighting for Moscow could be their platoon leaders while working on their math skills.
“Here’s how you load an AK. Alright, now let’s glue macaroni to it!”
What’s even the difference? The country has been under martial law for two decades now.
Now they will delay it until the 5th, just to spite Ukraine.
It seems like a point of no return if they do this. They can’t pretend it’s business as normal any more at that point,it’s a clear sign that ‘the war situation has developed not necessarily to Russia’s advantage.’
If it is true, I’m wondering if its to allow them to draw up more troops, or put and end to the street protests.
My fear is that they will use martial law as a means to continue their campaign and invoke being attacked by Ukraine or some other nonsense to inform the public opinion on the brutal war “they were forced to start”.
I don’t get it. Impose martial law in Russia? What does that do? (Oh, I get it. now To suppress protests).
Try to impose it in Ukraine? They hold only one city.
The article isn’t clear what country is being talked about. Maybe it’s just me.
For those saying this is so they can conscript en masse, the problem is not the lack of troops in Ukraine but rather supplying them, no? Also, how are they going to afford all of this?
I’m not saying it’s not like that, I’m genuinely wondering
Marshal law, no social media, no radio, no TV, nobody gets to learn the truth, Russia.
