I’m not sure sending people back to a war is a great idea.
Expel all the diplomats that spew stupid rhetoric like ‘this is a military operation, not a war’ but the average Russia should just be left alone.

We will have to question all Russian nationals and assess their security risk. Many will likely be deported.
So how about say UK resident ethnic Russians from Latvia or Lithuania whom hold dual citizenship?
