I made one for Europe after a few comments asking for it. I thought I would try a different format from the North America post, so I hope it’s easier to read.
Yes, the Moscow number is not a joke – they really do have that many projects if [this forum](https://www.skyscrapercity.com/forums/%D0%9C%D0%BE%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%B2%D0%B0.417/) is to be believed. Perhaps the oligarchs have nowhere else to invest but in local real estate due to economic sanctions? Unlike the UK or Turkey, however, Moscow is the only city in Russia that would qualify.
it’s cool that there are a bunch of cities like Tirana, Sofia, Rzeszow, Gothenburg, and Berlin all getting their first skyscrapers. Tirana has a large number of projects for a mid-sized city, with some pretty unique designs. In Athens, 2 new skyscrapers are being built in Ellinikon, a district far from the historic center that used to hold the main airport.
Bratislava would be on year last year, and it has now completed Slovakia’s tallest building, Eurovea. It could soon appear again with these [approved towers](https://old.reddit.com/r/skyscrapers/comments/1h0gr8g/two_new_skyscraspers_unveiled_for_bratislava/) that would be even taller. Hamburg would also have been on here, but its Elbtower project is on hold as the developer, Signa, has gone bust.

Just because I walk past it a lot: [The Octagon – Birmingham.](https://imgbox.com/nnFSpaP8)
Nice. Really shows how uncommon skyscrapers are compared to the US.
Fun fact: Tour Triangle will be the first skyscraper built in Paris in over 50 years.
