I purchased the iPhone 15 128GB on the sunrise.ch page yesterday. Just the phone, no contract or something else. After I bought it, I got the message that they couldn't send me any bill bc too many people are trying to buy it at the same time. Has someone else any issues with that? Is that normal for sunrise.ch?

  1. Yes, have exactly the same issue… ordered it on Monday, today I finally received a shipment date (next monday)… worst online shop experience ever! No order confirmation, no invoice, just nothing. I accidentally i.e. bc of their inability to create a user experience from this century, ordered two.. and customer service was just shit
