    It’s will be a state conviction, IT IS UNPARDONABLE. They need to stop draggin their feet and finish the case. If you say Trump can’t be imprison while in office then the prison sentence should start the second Trump leaves office.

  19. In a better world Trump would resign from office over the possibility of a state conviction. In the past the act of being POTUS, came with a certain level of decency that continues to elude the Trump administrations.

They will do everything now to wipe this out because surely if he’s found guilty then even their interpretation of the constitution claiming ‘disqualification can only happen after a guilty verdict’ would no longer apply, he would be ineligible for office having directly attempted a coup through election fraud.

  44. Hard fact: If you send a Georgia-based officer to arrest him outside Georgia, that officer is not deemed an officer outside Georgia and will be shot in the head. If you send an officer in Georgia to arrest him in Georgia, the secret service will shoot that officer in the head as well.
