I returned the phone because it's screen did not work and the back and frond glass was fine but this was their response So please help

  1. Yeah i have heard that swappie is not as good u may expect friend bought iphone couple weeks later phone just completely died. I would say just send the iphone back.

  3. Swappie is mostly a scam company that swaps broken phone to maybe less broken phone and hopes the customer doesnt notice.

  4. I have bought a *ton* from swappie and never had one like that. Send it back!

  5. Swappie is a scam, their prices are way too high compared to what you could get for the same amount of money. Buy your iphone new, if you plan to keep it until (7 years, newest model) the end of support. If on the contrary, you need it for just a couple of years – used from someone, who bought it new (in person of course..)

    Oh and yes, please send it back.
