   – Study area, North Carolina to Florida
   – Sea level rise and increase precipitation means higher water table leading to septic system failure and exacerbated surface flooding during storm surges, etc.

   I was surprised they didn’t mention anything about saltwater contamination in freshwater supplies or increased stress on plants
