3. Sure, at some point. If this is the moment I’m doubtful. They still have some levers to pull to stabilize the Ruble. This was a few months back, but it was estimated they still had $100 Billion worth of USD, Euro and Pounds to use.

   It sucks, but I don’t think anyone can be celebrating right now.
