2. I don’t think it’s possible for a commune to declare new “legal tender”. _Maybe_ the city govenment/services themselves will accept Bitcoin et al, but there’s no way the can force every single person and company to accept Bitcoin.

3. didn’t they learn from El Salvador?

   and who should pay with bitcoins? russian oligarchs? the guy from teh vally barely even knows how to use a EC-Card.
