We have a housing crisis here though. Whilst in context its the right thing to do, long term it limits the options of the Brits depending on how housing and availability is given. Although I suspect there maybe those willing to take in families as a kind gesture.

There are people fleeing for their lives and the best we can do is ‘if you’re already here your kids can come too’ whilst they bent over backwards for a bunch of fucking dogs from the middle east (nothing against dogs).
We also find out the ‘tough’ sanction have a 30 day clause so Russia can asset strip before we close the doors on them.
Were being led by a spinless twat who doesn’t have the decency to do the right thing.
UK government putting as many obstacles in the way as possible. Disgusting, we should be taking our fair share of refugees.
