I’m looking for a cheap Credit Card (CC) that can be issued to people in Finland that has no – or at least a low – foreign exchange rate in purchases and withdrawals with the card.
Most CC’s charge you around 2% of the purchase or withdrawal if it’s done in a foreign currency (like US-Dollar). In Germany, there are some (even free) CC’s that don’t charge this at all. For example, the [German version of Bank Norwegian’s CC](https://www.banknorwegian.de/kreditkarte/). But the [same CC for Finland](https://www.banknorwegian.fi/luottokortti/) charges 1.75% valuuttamuutos. 🙁 A quick check at op.fi and s-pankki.fi shows they also have this fee.
So, any good hints on this topic?

I think the ‘super rich’ cards offer that, but I don’t know.
