So it’s made out of recycled plastic and it cost 4.7mil, but it’s only temporary until they decide to make a proper one out of something that can handle the UV and heat etc associated?
Is this boom system not something that has been done for years now already? Like in Baltimore and the Ocean Cleanup interceptor?
Tijuana needs a Mr Trash Wheel, maybe Senor Trash Wheel, and a cheap permanent boom to accumulate it for efficiency.
