Hi folks, maybe it could sound stupid but I have to put this receipt into my work app to justify the expenses while travelling.
Can someone explain to me what those fields are and the nature of them?

I have tried with google lens but wasnt that much of an help and searching online didnt help either.

    means nothing really. most of it is inside information for the restaurant. serial numbers etc… not important for you.

    Saskaita vietai: 2… no clue. my guess would be its just a table number, but that is given right bellow it. maybe two people? no idea.

  2. It’s a pro forma invoice, idk about your situation but in Lithuania it’s basically worthless, you’d need the proper invoice

  3. First text “Saskaita vietai: 2” is something like how many bills per table, or something like this. Maybe if you could let us know what info you need exactly would be easier. Other highlighted items seem to be info related more to the receipt’s printing machine than to anything else. We usually either ask for invoice at the time of expense or provide image of the whole bill for employers. At least from my experience. But if you can share what specific fields of information you are looking for, it would help narrow it down.
