This needs to become a thing. Stop war criminals from interacting with the world.
This is cool and definitely the right thing, but could this not result in ships being stuck anchored and having to rely on expensive relief vessels to refuel them (if they can actually get refuelled, see the Georgian ship telling the Russian one to have a nice day)?
