Rap group Kneecap win legal battle against UK government

1. For me this is more about why when we keep hearing about black holes etc are we funding rap groups? It’s one thing to find public art or keep theatres and museums open – but crap rap?

2. Nah, Badenoch was right on this one.  No country should fund its enemies.

3. Why would they get funding in the first place ffs?

4. “Kneecap would give the £14,250 awarded to two youth organisations who “work with the two communities to create a better future for our young people”. One is a group working on the unionist Shankill Road; the other offers youth services through the Irish language.”

   If only people would read before blindly hating 😬

5. Yeah that was a silly decision that needed overturning.

   Otherwise I don’t know much about them, they’re not really my cup of tea. But why are they called Kneecap? I know what kneecapping was, pretty horrible really.
