It’s pretty evident that degrading the environment to the point of causing severe prejudice to future people is very illegal.
The big problem is that future people don’t exist in the present to defend themselves. It shouldn’t matter, they have judicial protection. The judiciary is simply incompetent in providing this protection.
Judges around the world don’t use adequate processes when it comes to criminal actions that have delayed, permanent or compounding consequences. That’s on them. They are committing criminal negligence.
